    洛阳食记(上)

    出发之前总得有顿送行酒正好顺便请两个回国过暑假的死小孩……
    凉菜都知道是什么 不描述了…… 
     
      
     
     

     
     
    小龙虾 不辣 算是红烧的做法 拌面最宜某号称减肥的女人吃了50只……总管才买了87只后厨还偷吃了一只……
     
     
     
    开发了一个月的大盘鸡……味道总算配好了没有夺味儿情况出现
     
    泡椒鸡杂 略咸 泡椒应该先温水泡泡把盐浸出来
     
    剁椒蛏子 极好 不是大路货的蒜蓉蒸 剁椒去腥味儿作用明显 还可提鲜不像蒜蓉只一味儿的霸道。
     
     
     
    好 现在已经在洛阳去是为参加朋友婚礼 陪新娘布置现场并开始晚饭 
    鹿鸣斋 算是洛阳不错的清真馆子 饭店外貌后补先上菜…… 
     
    酸甜口的牛肉粒 旁边铺的竟然是薯片 菜单上明明写的是蒜片上来时候还合计 现在蒜可够大的…… 
     
     
     牡丹燕菜清真版 现在大概是为了出菜快 改良了用的蒸白萝卜丝 口感还成就是粗了点……味道么……水席除了清汤就是酸辣 这么素的明显是酸辣……水席还有个特点就是素菜里非得把菜做出不是原料本身的味儿来…… 
     
    连汤肉片 连喝四碗 也是酸辣 水席三要素 胡椒 味精醋……但是老式做法却是不用味精 靠鸡汤提味儿 现在洛阳还有但都是小门脸 不装修 地锅灶传菜大吆喝……一般人还真找不着…… 
     
    这大概是我用卡片机这辈子能拍出来的最好的一张小白菜了……
     
    洛阳有名的鸡蛋灌饼 饭店版的……
